About Last Friday — The First Friday at Community Forklift and the first time I had participated such a fun gathering — lots of folks came out to this architectural salvage facility in suburban Maryland — a few miles from Washington, DC.

Folk music as well as a food truck and a wine and beer station added to the festive atmosphere. A parade of people stopped by my booth to chat and PURCHASE small art and notecards.
